Food worth driving cross-state for. Family tradition to visit. Intimate dining area and beautiful atmosphere (my favorite visually). The mint iced tea is a unique treat and the sweet marinara earned its fame for a reason. Amazing twice baked lasagna and muffalatta. Save room for dessert if you can!

Excellent food great staff and good atmosphere. Food was excellent and handicap accessible great place for convenience friendly employees and I have been coming to this place for a few years. The food has alway been very constant on it quality and it quantity. We have alway had very wonderful service and pleasant time eating here and with or take out to. Good for eating alone or bring you whole family or to bring it home. Y'all are the best Mexican food in town.

The food was great, the fact that I couldn't order the lasagna to feed 4 people, again, since I didn't have the coupon, terrible. I wasn't even given the option to pay full price because I asked. I was told that I couldn't even purchase the meal without a coupon. That is about as jacked up of a way to get return business as you can have.
The reason that I didn't give just 1 star is the fact that the actual food was good.
The fact that I couldn't order it again, oh and they still had it, was very jacked up. I doubt I will ever darken the door again at Monjuni's.

I ordered plain fettucine Alfredo. What I got was a ball of white fettucine noodles lumped together in a white, sticky, pudding-like sauce. Most noodles were baked together in chunks of 3-5. The sauce tasted as if it was made of flour, milk, salt and jalapeno spice boiled until stiffening up. I could not fork individual fettucine, because they broke off once I pulled on them.
The red sauce with baked slices of baguette bread was free, so I can't complain about it, but to me it tasted like sweet ginger bread in tomato sauce.
The waitress was friendly, but she brought the checks when we were about 10 min into the meal and most people in our group still had their plates about 2 thirds full.
Observing what my friends had, I must say, that this is Italian inspired American food of medium to low quality. It has hardly anything in common with the food that you would get in Italy.
