Servers seem kind Be prepared to pay per glass for anything that's not tea, apparently servers abused the coke machine now guests have to pay more. Bread was hard Managment may come across as unintentionally un-caring to some issues (may have been a fluke seeing as I've never had an issue with them before.) My last time in this location everything went smoothly and decided to try it again with my girlfriend, but this was definitely not a good visit. I may try again, but my interest in this location has been shaken.

Great food and service. Four of us ordered lasagna and 1 ordered shrimp alfredo with broccoli all dishes were outstanding.

Horrible! Wish i could give no stars. My boyfriend and i go to the bossier location multible times a week. It’s so good. Today we were in shreveport and decided to give the shreveport location a go... BAD IDEA. They charge almost $2 for regular sized bottled cokes now, and that’s what you have to pay each refill. The reason for this apparently was due to their own staff abusing the free refills. So basically they’re punishing customers because of dumb staff. Classy. After deciding to just let that 1 thing go and never come back to that location after this visit, we ordered our food. A couple of minutes go by and the waitress brings us our bread... It was so burnt that we couldn’t even break it with our hands. When we calmly told the manger we just wanted to go and that we were sorry for bailing, he goes “Alright leave” with an attitude about it. Disgusting. We will never ever go back there.

Some of the best Italian food around. The meatballs are to die for! If you like mint, try the mint tea.
