I had a 4 min wait and got my call answered. The lady I was talking to was very helpful! She answered every question and went beyond. Their customer service is great!

This is horrible service..I tried so hard to get in touch with my case manager but no one wants to answer the phone..I leave messages but no one wants to call me back...they are little to no help and they wonder why its a lot of criminals in the state of Maryland.

Just trying to call any phone number now will take you to child support or foster care even if it started with trying to get information about food stamps or medical assistance. Even the phone number give to me on letters from them did the same that is why I googled the office close to me. I have to assume it is because they want you to go in.
