Castle Creek Homes

Phenomenal experience working with Castlecreek Homes! My husband and I just built our first home through Castlecreek and we couldn’t be happier! We definitely had a budget, but they were very easy to work with with all my little changes. Also our sales agent (Jared McArthur) was super responsive and helpful. He took the time to help us personalize our house plans and helped us throughout our whole experience. Also our foreman (Justin Oliver) was always so willing to help us out and tried his best to get us into our house faster. Thank you Castlecreek!!

We had a great experience working with Castle Creek! We started digging in mid Feb, its late June and we just signed. Couldn't be more excited. They took care of almost every problem that came up. We were able to get a really custom home, for the price of a standard track home. We enjoyed working with Tim and Zack. We felt like our home was the only one being worked on, with how quickly they were able to jump on issues that came up. The crews that Castle Creek hires are awesome and keep the work space clean, as they move on to the next step of the building process. Big props to the Drywall guy. He took the longest amount of time, but there is no one better for doing a flat (no texture) drywall. Also, the cabinets from Out of the Woods are awesome and made our kitchen stand out from anyone else on the block. Overall I would give them a 4.5 out 5 stars.

Shown up to roy to see there homes nobody was there. I called and left a few messages and never had a return call. Obviously they do not care about service

Very honest and good people. They have good quality work for a lot cheaper than other builders. I would definitely recommend and have recommended Castle Creek many times. I would build from them again.

Our experience with Castle Creek was a pleasant one. Our agent, Rawlee, was a pleasure to work with. One of the things that immediately attracted us to them was the presentation in their model home. They presented the non-marked up version, or those items that were included with the base price of the home. The included items were great. Additions were reasonably priced as well. They were very transparent in their dealings. The third party we worked with to design the home was paid at a flat rate rather than a percentage of the upgrades sold. Therefore, she was there to provide recommendations that made the most sense rather than trying to sell us the the most expensive items. They allowed access to our home whenever we expressed interest in visiting. (we visited once a week). Warranty claims made after the sale were addressed the next day. Questions made of the builder subsequent to the sale were answered quickly and with professionalism. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Castle Creek to my family and friends.
