We have a business in Ogden Utah and in July we put in a beautiful gas fire pit for our guest . In August we had Hearth and Home come out and install the gas line. They did not pressure test it at the time, when we went to use it to show some people how to use it, flames shot out through the stone walls of the pit. We quickly shut it down and called H&H. They found out that the line they used had a kink in it and a small hole in the line was the cause of the flame coming through the block of stone. They said at the time they would get it fixed right away but they had to get a part. That was in Sept. At then end of Oct it still wasn't done. More Promises and several conversations and phone calls, they said it would be done before Christmas. ON December 27th I had to go to the store and talk to DAVE again to get something done. "I promise it will be done next week" JANUARY 3RD 2018. I will never do business with these people again, and I would NEVER recommend them to do any job. Promises, Promises. Do yourself a favor and find some other company to do your work. They do not stand by their workmanship and will put you off as long as they can. 4 months !!!!

Very good experience. Excellent selection, with quite reasonable pricing. I would refer anybody with any fireplace needs!

Took 4 separate trips from their install team to complete the job over a 3 month time period. Fireplace still isn't level, doesn't have a very big flame and paid a ton of money for a fireplace with no blower. Poor responsiveness and no quality control or customer service follow up to ensure everything looks or functions properly. Would NOT recommend.
