I saw online that the drive through was open at 8:30 AM but I passed through and it was still closed at 8:50 AM...? Of course there was a line in the drive through. You would figure for a giant bank, they would be able to hire more than enough people to take other people's money....but no.
I’ve been coming to this chase bank for years my mom and sisters bank with chase and I’ve always had great customer service.I’ve never had to wait too long and they have convinient hours. Sad to see so many negative reviews I this chase!
