Never had an issue with the bank itself but a teller at this branch completed a whole withdrawal for me & never asked for my ID. Only dissatisfied because what if it was not me?

I have been with first bank for a long time. Never had a problem. Today I was treated horrible and the person I spoke to made me feel like the worst person. I know who it was but don’t feel comfortable posting a name- I wouldn’t want to make her feel the way she made me feel!
I've been with firstbank since 2000. This is BY FAR their worst branch. Constant technical difficulties and rude tellers.
Terrible customer service and antiquated electronic systems. Mobile deposits, weekend debits, etc. all happen after an extended delay and there is nothing you can do about it. Use a different bank, I’m withdrawing my funds in their entirety ASAP.
