I really like this bank. People are do friendly and helpful. The wait time is never bad if any at all. Before partners I had switched 3 banks in a year. I have been with partners over 3 years now and no complains. When issues come up they get fixed right away.

Partner CO CU has always been there for me for all of my financial needs, as a single mother and now, as I approach retirement. Their team takes time to personally guide me through auto loans, credit cards, lost debit cards...whatever the need may be. I love my credit union and have been with them since 1998!!

Great rate for an auto loan and always friendly customer service. I wish they didn’t charge a convenience fee for making online payments so I can stop writing checks.
