I went in just before close to set up some sub accounts and the teller was really nice, helpful, and quick to cover all of my transactions.

This credit union is terrible. They charge you 31$ in uncollected fees for any amount that's overdrawn in you're account despite you having overdraft protection. So for example had a 5$ charge go over still got charged the 31$ uncollected fee on top of that. Then they want you to apply for some sort of credit line to make up for it.
