I have been doing business with TCF for several years now and this location is one I go to a lot . I have always had very good experiences. They have been patient, kind, understanding and offer great customer service with a smile, even if they have had a bad day! Thank you !
horrible service they act as if I'm not good enough for there service , they cut my debit card of twice in only a month of my account being open apparently shopping on Amazon is suspicious . Both times that it happened it happened on a Friday they told both times I would have to wait to get a new debit card on a Monday my own money

Don't waste your time on this Bank worst customer service when you try to call you can be on hold for 30 minutes or more! Their banking service is way back deposits are not cleared until the next banking day like the Dinosaur age with them! Trust me take your money elsewhere
