I went into the branch. I was from out of state and needed to set up online banking and get some auto payments set up. Tammy the operations manager was awesome. She went above and beyond. Nice bank and great experience.
Friendly staff, serene atmosphere. Location is great for the Northfield and Stapleton area
I went to this bank to try to get a 1 page document notarized. They refused to since I didn't have an account with them my bank is on the other side of town. I offered to pay for the service and was still refused. I'll make sure to note the lack of service this bank offers and make sure to avoid any future dealings with them.
