Chesapeake Health Care OB/GYN

Doctors, most nurses and people at the reception are great. Very caring and prompt. One nurse was horrible since she hurt me alot while taking my blood pressure even after I told her. Waiting times were long very few times. Didn't have any mentionable bad experience.

The rudest office I have ever encountered. Beyond unprofessional. I called for 2 weeks for an appt, left 2 voicemails for a call back, and never received one. Finally got in touch with a person today (marissa) and was then transferred back to a recording. I was hung up on 8! 8 times because I said I was not leaving a message. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied. I then called back just to get my most recent pap smear date to transfer to another office and was hung up on! Finally was able to speak to Karen and heard women in the back ground saying I was crazy for calling so much and that woman finally gave me my date. Absurd that they treat patients this way and a formal complaint will be filed with the state!

Had a pleasant experience at every visit throughout pregnancy in 2017 ..staff were always friendly, fast and attentive...the new facility is a breath of fresh air compared to the old office where everyone had to sit on top of each other...I'd recommend getting rid of the cloth chairs in the waiting area...surprised to see in a newer facility...I was always worried about bedbugs and other miscellaneous things no one wants to think about while waiting to be seen...other than that...love it!!

Giving 3 stars for the nurses and doctors which are the only good thing about this practice. Office is clean and spacious but the wait times are freaking ridiculous and the people at the front desk show no urgency and little hospitality.

Horrible experience. If you have options DO NOT go to this obgyn.
