Chick-fil-A

Waits van be long both inside the store as well as at drive through. Demand is high, no doubt. Service is always reliably friendly. And who can't help but smile when the staff says, "my pleasure" when you thank them for your order. Very Southern and true to the founders faith and Georgia roots.

Will took our order. He didn't listen when we were ordering. They were out of lemonade. We told him sprite and he said "A LARGE COKE". We ordered a side salad he didn't ask the dressing. We asked for 6 chick-fil-a sauces he put two (again not listening). He rushed us through our order. He was very unprofessional. We get to the window to pay. They weren't going to give us the side salad. We also had to tell them again the salad dressing and the condiments. We get home and our sandwiches are wrong. We sat in like for 20 minutes, paid 17 dollars and this is how we end up. As were sitting in the line we hear Will telling the car behind him not to order certain food because its was close to them closing and they would have to make it from scratch. Terrible for business. Don't eat at this chick-fil-a.

As far as fast food goes, it's good. I like their chickie minis for breakfast. I don't eat fast food much at all. But for a quick breakfast stop it's worth it.

This place is always busy. The line for the dive thru is long. The food always comes out hot. The soda fountain is set right. I like that the staff uses wipes instead of using the spray when cleaning the tables. That fact alone gets 5 stars from me. Oh and the flowers are real.

The food is great. The service is always great and provided by friendly staff. The playground is great for kids, even on a rainy day. However, the downside to all the positives is that the location is incredibly popular. This causes traffic issues on the street near the entrances and long wait times. The other location on Memorial is too far away to encourage some of the masses that come here to go there instead. Another location should be built at a location that is close enough to alleviate some of this traffic. A location on Medical Center Parkway would be great, especially with the nearby Avenue shopping center and proximity to I-24.
