Fulin's Asian Cuisine

The food is great. The customer service is excellent. We are always greeted with a smile. Great atmosphere. Great place to grab a bite and catch a matinee at the theater right across the way.

Not good. From start to finish. Place is just bad. Nothing like walking in to be non-greeted be some girl who clearly does not care. Bad sign when there are no Asians working at an Asian restaurant. Could not eat the food I ordered because I thought it would make me ill. The only bright spot was my waitress. She was nice, attentive, and did a great job. But the food was just bad. Again, I could not eat the food. Had to send it back. Did not get anything else and will never go back. Place should just close.

We get orders to go, and they always miss putting a item in. It's a 15 to 20 minute drive so I never return for another. They write your name on a list and never give the amount you have paid. Last time I missed 24 dollars worth of food I was suppose to get credit they gave me 10 dollars and tell me they don't know what I expect them to do. There to go portions have changed from good size to next to nothing and juice and a lot of the vegetable. Lost a customer because of no customer service and now poor quality.

They are usually pretty good. But when we went this weekend both the food and service wasn't as good as normal. Maybe they were having an off night.

I go there for their noodle soup. It's always good. Excellent service too.
