Chicken Express

I agree when it first opened the food was great but after my last two experiences I won't go back. I had two strips that were old and tough and the other two were barely done. The corn nuggets were cold and also not fresh at all. The service was fine but the food has become a disappointment.

The food was good. It was just Hot in the restaurant. They had a couple of box fans blowing but that really didn't help.

When this place first opened, it was great. However, the last few times the food has been terrible. Today, my chicken was not even warm and it was tough. Basically, inedible. When I called, I was told cooked chicken can sit out for 2 hours and still be served; I was then told that mine had only been sitting out for 20-30 minutes. Completely unacceptable when paying $12 for a meal. Try elsewhere if you want fresh cooked food. SMH

I wish I could give zero stars. I have never seen so many people working so hard to do nothing!! I waited 20 minuets inside the restaurant, and I was the only customer. They boxed my chicken immediately, and it sat there while the EIGHT employees went back and forth about the drive through orders. I actually had to ask them to complete my order. 20 minuets. Nothing needed to be cooked, it was all there. By the time I got home my chicken and fries were frigid. The okra was semi warm. I paid $ 34.00 for this garbage meal. Way to go Red River Rooster, LLC. I will tell everyone I know how poorly your store is run.
