Charlies Chicken & Catering

I appreciate for a restaurant with all this fried food, it is not greasy. The chicken chunks are the best thing here. I really like the changing specials each day. The chicken and dumplings are a favorite as well as the chicken and dressing. The staff is always friendly and typically gets you served quickly at lunch. If you order the jalapeño chicken you usually have to wait but it is worth it.

Everything we had was very fresh and tasty. They have catfish on Monday's and Friday's and it was really good. I love their "corn poppers" they are awesome. This location was clean and the employees were very friendly. You can never go wrong ordering the chicken chunks either. I would recommend this place for food.

I don't like the chicken on the bone here. But everything else is good to great. Chicken chunks, catfish and rotisserie are great. So many great sides. Okra, pea salad, broccoli grape salad, cottage cheese, stewed Tomatos, black eyed peas etc.... Homestyle dinner rolls and gravy!!

Great . I never give over a four for any restaurant. Unless its. Fine cuisine with wine. 🍷so it's got my A-1 approval.
