Chilli Hills Restaurant Edgewood

This restaurant is so amazing! The food and the staff are incredible!! We were traveling from Connecticut to California and made a stop off in Edgewood for lunch. We could not have picked better! From Steven making us feel totally welcome to the incredible, fresh and local food to Debbie the owner having an honest to goodness conversation with us (as opposed to a quick ‘how’s everything’ before running off). Everything was amazing, thank you SO much!!

Best pancakes in the world. An absolute down to earth place & great food. Huge menu from New Mexican food to country food. It is definitely worth the drive from Albuquerque. The wait staff feel like family.

I am on a cross country trip from Pennsylvania and stopped here and for the first time on the trip felt cozy and at home. Everyone was awesome. The owner came over and began to talk to us to make sure everything and wished me good luck on my travels. I also heard her personally address a customer's complaint about being over charged on the sweetest way. She sat down with them for it fixed and literally talked with them for 5 minutes (probably were regulars based on the little I could hear). This place is great! Not just the people but the food too!

I love this place the food is absolutely great and the atmosphere feels cozy and happy. The owners are on site and come out to check on you to say hello and see how you're doing how the food is. This is the best location to have breakfast lunch or dinner or even a snack. this is a 10 out of a five. Give it a two thumbs up

Pleasantly surprised! We ate breakfast for dinner but will definitely go back to try the dinner options. Staff was friendly and food was fresh and tasty.
