I had ordered a hideaway dual exhaust for my beetle on may 5th 2018. Yes it was a Saturday so I didn't expect much about a shipping update until Monday the 7th. Here it is now Wednesday the 9th, and my part is supposed to have an ETA of anywhere from Tuesday the 8th to Friday the 11th. I keep looking for tracking and any kind of updates and all I'm getting is that the damn thing hasn't even been shipped yet!! Getting very frustrated because the lack of EVERYTHING with this company. It's the FIRST time I've ever tried this company and believe me it'll be THE LAST!! Idk where you can find anything or anyone who's professional anymore. ZERO STARS!!

Plethora of parts for any buggy needs. Y’all are dumb if you can’t figure out what your own toy needs to get up and running. Can’t blame a parts store for your ignorance.

Ordered full pan from Joe and frank for my 68 fastback. They didn't tell me they wouldn't fit. Made apt for John in auto shop to put them in. John hacked up pans to make them fit and only put in half pans in car. Didn't do good welding job and did pretty crapy silicone job and hid it all by under coating bottom of car so I could see how well of job he did. John and I agreed that full pans were $1240 in labor. I also paid $200 in towing but got half pans done and was still charge full price. John left all the grinding material in car and didn't clean up at all. I even took out seats and carpeting and matting to make it cheaper for me in end and feal like I got screwed. There are still holes in car where he burned holes in it from welder and sheet metal doesn't like up when John welder it together and just silicone cracks. Wierd pry marks on front right of car and missing body bolts on right side of car. Samba says pan job is $400 job. I should have ordered pans from M & T manufacturing $349 a piece and took it to body shop to have done. Thought I would get quality work since they are experts they say. Not happy after all is said and done. Looks like I have to have it done over again to get good job done. Not happy after all the money I've spent. Joe is a man without integraty. instead of calling me and fixing the problem, he instucted his employee's to not help me and band me from store. Then tells me how I've trashed oth companys in this city. I guess the truth hurts when yr screwing people and reality slaps you in face. I'm not the only one he's screwed read the reviews. pretty sad when I I've spent mutliple of thousands of dallors there there for the past 30 yrs. I would have retracted my review if he would have been man enough to do the job right the second time. What a place where you can't take some criticium and make it right. To many other places to buy vw parts at a cheaper price anyway. You are not the priority at this place, only yr money is here. Just found out John in auto shop who did line bore screwed my case up and has to be redone again. What a joke.
