Been going to e.s.p. for 10 years +, currently own a Hayabusa n Phil and the team are very helpful with EVERYTHING i want to do and he takes time out of his busy schedule to sit down with me n spend an hour giving me all the pros n cons about what i want to accomplish the perfect results for me!! My experience with this shop was less than stellar. I brought my bike in last year because it started running rich and fouling the plugs. After looking at my bike, they told me the valves needed adjusted. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem. My issue was not with the valve adjustment, but the fact that they missed a very obvious carb problem (broken emulsion tube) that another shop found instantly. They told me they looked over the carb and didn't find any issues... I question if they even looked at the carb at all, because a broken emulsion tube is pretty hard to miss. I'm sure this is not representative of all of their work, but first impressions are everything, and I'd be hard pressed to trust their work on my bike in the future.

Drove all the way down from Phoenix to have them rebuild my Öhlins front forks and rear shock after multiple recommendations from local racers. They were able to schedule me in and took care of everything same day for me by request. Super knowledgeable and did a great job. I know it is a long drive from PHX but definitely worth the trip.
