Performance Bicycle

I'm a senior and haven't ridden a bike in 10 years ... I was looking for a decent hybrid bike and found one on sale on their website. The staff was super and helped me find the best fit for my budget and lifestyle. I also joined their performance club which helped save $ on other purchases. Yes, it's a big store but I have been very pleased with their service and selection.

I had a problem with the Diamondback bicycle I bought here about a year and a half ago. Adjusting the derailleurs didn't eliminate the intermittent clicking noise coming from the lower bracket area. I greatly appreciated that Alex spent the time to carefully take the bracket assembly apart and diagnose and replace the defective bearing while I waited allowing me to avoid having to find a ride home and a repeat visit. This level and quality of customer service deserves recognition. While I cannot recommend the Diamondback brand due to the number of problems I've experienced in this short period of time I do recommend Performance for providing this level of customer care.

I been going there for 10 years now. I have bought three bicycles from them and they have always honored their warranties.. About 90% of the time i find what i need there at a fair price. The staff and manager are always friendly.

Cam in with a busted derailer. We were told it would be a hours worth of pay and a week before it was ready. So we tried a different bike shop and guess what it took 15 minutes and i was riding that night!

Called and was told had a certain bike in stock.. get to the store and 5 salespeople walking in circles with zero personality saying um we can order it!?!?.. don't waste ur time on this place.
