Ordinary Bike Shop

I had always heard great things about this store, and the staff here are friendly and helpful. However, I tried to order a bike through them and it was not a good experience. There was a lot of confusion about when it would arrive, and I was told they would contact me. After almost two weeks, I called for a status update and was told the bike hadn't even been ordered at all due to internal problems in the shop. I would have appreciated more clarity on the issue and them reaching out to me. I cancelled the order and went somewhere else. This is a conveniently located shop if you need repairs, but I would not order anything through them.

These guys have continually hooked it up on maintenance for me. They drop what their doing as soon as I walk in and often fix my problem quickly and usually for under 20 dollars. They even helped me price my bike before the Bike Swap for free! I’m never going to anothe bike shop again. These guys rock

I had purchased a Fuji Forza series hybrid bicycle 11 years ago at Ordinary bike shop. During the first two weeks of having the bicycle, spokes began to tweak and Brake from one of the rims, causing grief. I brought the bicycle back and showed the technicians what was happening. They asked me if I can leave the bicycle there for the day. When I returned, all of the spokes had been replaced on the entire bicycle... How do I know this you may ask? Because the first time of the spokes being replaced were replaced with the silver spokes. The original spokes on the bicycle were black to match the color of the rims. The technician therefore noticed after I pointed out that the spokes were not correct. The technician asked if I would be willing to bring the bicycle back at my convenience. I did bring the bicycle back, and the technician was happy to replace all of the spokes with the original style black spokes. I was elated to have that much care and service. Most bike shops are friendly places, Ordinary Bike Shop sets the bar even higher. James, the manager, is very knowledgeable and very approachable at the same time. I'm very satisfied with their service and the quality of the products that they sell. Keep the good work James
