Cobe Nails & Pedicure

Great, quick service and decent prices. Even if you're getting just your natural nails painted they come out looking good enough to be acrylics. The only problem I've ever had is one nail not being FULLY painted with the gel paint I got, and after showering, it all came off on that nail where the hot water made it come off.

Can you give a place 0 stars?! This place came highly recommended by a friend. However, I will never go back here again. I have never seen my nails in this bad of shape EVER! First, I asked if they had the powdered gel. They said yes but clearly were very unfamiliar. During the process, the tech cut me on muiltple occasions, one cut made me actually bleed!!! Then she did a coat or so wrong, tried to make up for her mistake by (from what it seems) added regular nail position on top. By the time I left I had paid $60, my nails were WET (for gel?!?), my nails were rough, uneven and with multiple cuts. I NEVER complain or write reviews but this is literally the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I partly wanted to go back to get them to fix the nails but after seeing reviews I’m not sure it’s worth it.

This was always my favorite place to come but unfortunately, I think I will go elsewhere now. The last two times I’ve been have been less than satisfactory. Instead of properly soaking my old polish off, the last two times they have lazily used a dremal tool to sand off my polish and thin my nails more than necessary. This last time, they even “trimmed” my nails with the dremal instead of using clippers. I was upcharged an extra 10$ from the basic manicure because the tech added a product that I did not request and was unfamiliar with.

Terrible experience. Told to pick color and ushered to chair to soak feet. 45 minutes later-I was still waiting for tech to start pedicure. When asked- told they were busy. No offer to compensate for the long wait. I had not been told there was a wait! Asked for the manager and no satisfaction. Asked for name and number of owner and told there was no owner! I left without having pedicure and will never go back. Went down the street to Blue Ocean Nails and had a great experience.
