This place is ridiculous. Sign in on the sheet. Wait 2 hours. Then have other people get called back before you that came in after you and are listed on the sheet after you. Go to ask about it, the aheet your name is on is in the trash. And the lady laughs like oh you’ll be next. What’s the point of a sign in sheet if your not going to actually use it? Very rude people as well. If it could be less than one star it definitely would.

After going to almost every nail salon in Leland, I finally tried Hollywood (not sure what took me so long because it's the closest one to my house!) This is now my go-to salon and I recommend it to everyone who asks. I even bring my mom and grandma when they come into town. I came into the salon every two weeks for a gel mani and pedi during my pregnancy and each time the staff made sure I was properly taken care of and always made me feel amazing (even at 9 months pregnant when my feet were swollen and I felt anything BUT amazing).

Yesterday, I decided stop here for a manicure and really enjoyed the experience. I was served by Kim. She has become my favorite technician here. Her skill is unbelievable. It's very good! In addition, she also gave me many good advices to take care of nails. And until now, my nails still look very beautiful. In conclusion, I feel safe here!

My son and I have been to this morning (around 11) for pedis & shellac. All staff at here were perfectionist. The place is simple, but very clean which is imperative when it comes to good hygiene. Definitely be a repeat customer!

Went in for a shellac manicure and only waited a few minutes for a tech. It felt very rushed, and not even a week later my nails were chipping. I will most likely not be returning.
