VIP Nails

It took 5 hours and they were not busy...the lady stayed on the phone instead of listening to what I was telling her. Completely messed up my nails!! Nutshell. Don't waste your time or money

My daughters and I go here all the time and we have always had great work and customer service. Yes they can be busy on the weekend but that is every where you go. But I have came there a little while before closing time to see if they would do my daughter and myself nails and they were happy to do them and then someone else came in too and they did there nails too. We got out of there after closing hours, but they did not rush to get us out. They took there time and did a great job. We only get gel nail polish on our nail because regular nail polish comes off so easy, even when I have done my own nails with regular nail polish it comes off. So for the people that have said something about the nail polish coming off it is not the person that is putting it on it is just the nail polish.

Two days ago was my first visit to VIP Nails. I got a pedi and a manicure. I really was impressed with Mindy. She was very attentive, friendly and hard working. I enjoyed the feet massage because she has strong hands. Too bad it was only five minutes. It was relaxing. I definitely recommend this salon! Go check it out!

Horrible first time I took my niece for her bday her nails fell off same week . I told nail tech I want liquid gel she gave me powder anyway. Then I told her to put liquid gel for top coat she didn't. and my gel nails chipped in 1 day. The powder she use I think it was regular acrylic that's what my nails look like.. these nails don't last at all.. I will never come here again a waste of money

They have poor customer service and then on top of that I had to wait a long time to get my nails done when their was two other people who did nails not doing anything one of the was doing their own nails and I've had my nails on for not even a week they look absolutely horrible they are already lifting they put two coats of pink polish than to coats of clear polish which made them Thick and dry longer my friend also got her nails done same issue and their wasn't enough chrylic
