I have tried over and over to change my mailing address and still no positive results.
Xfinity-Comcast continues to show old address when pulling up my account when I visit the Sandwich office. Never shows new mailing address. On top of that I was assured over and over my mailing address to my PO Box would be resolved. It has not been.
I never received my 1st bill in the mail. Now my 2nd bill has arrived once again at the street address of my rental, not to my PO Box.
In my frustration, this time I waited 15 minutes on the cell phone to get customer service. Finally spoke with a customer service representative Jonathan (please on reflection on him) .... I told him all my frustrations and he assured me that my account will be straightened out with my next bill. He has noted my account.
I suggest like other companies that Comcast issue confirmation numbers to customers so that you can refer to the last person you communicated your frustrations too. It is the only way to properly follow up on your requests.
Immediately, processed payment with my bank today to get to payment to Comcast so that my account would not show in arrears. Again, to stress I never saw my 1st bill.
These days It is so difficult to get anything done correctly and smoothly. You dot your i's..... and cross your t's.... and still you are constantly following up.
I advised Jonathan from Chelmsford again, no reflection on him, he was extremely helpfu, on the phone. Can only wait to see what happens on the next bill.

Fast service but still typical cable company. Apathetic and overpriced with little interest in changing their price structure to remain competitive in a shifting and evolving market (ie: Firestick, Roku, sling TV, Hulu, and Netflix.)

Dealing with Xfinity mobile is like dealing with children that lost their blanket. Lies, deceit, and untruths all to get you to sign up then no customer service after. Was told Xfinity phone line has no way to cancel service , credit service or even contact a store at all. Do no go with Xfinity mobile

Very poor customer service. Woman at counter didn't know how to upgrade to a new service with our own router, so she tried to force us to schedule an install with their equipment and installer instead of figuring it out. She let me walk out without upgrading. If she didn't know how, she should have tried to figure it out, not sit their eating her snack at the counter. I went home and upgraded it online. It cost almost 50% more every month and that employee let me walk out the door without it because she didn't know to do it and didn't want to figure it out. I would not be happy if that was my company that she was costing $.

Comcast is the ONLY Highspeed Internet provider in this area... The staff has zero sympathy for their astronomically high rates & zero respect for anyone who walks in their door. You can barely see this location from the street. The parking lot is poorly designed. & dangerous
