Since October 22, 2016 have had intermittent cable, calls each day to phone techs, appt by 7 technical  support people , no cable working on o01/012017. Very frustrating as bill indicated that I am paying for service and eq,uipment not in my possession. Hoping that calls to main office will resolve these ongoing problems,occurring not just at my home, but neighborhood in general.
