Comcast Service Center

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely disgusted with the service I received at my local center. I was forced to pay more than I wanted to b/c for some reason the representatives do NOT take payments. This is absolutely ridiculous making people pay more or less than what there bill is. Why is it that I am not allowed to pay the exact amount? I am forced to use a kiosk that I do not want to use. I want to deal with a person, not a machine. What happened to customer service??? Just when I think Comcast is getting better they cease to surprise me and go back to there terrible service.

I had triple play and the cost kept going up, up, and up. They really got us by the short end being the only player in town. My bill went up to over $200.00 and to ad insult to injury they are charging a $6+ Sport Fee every month, and I do not watch those channels. So I turn in my cable box and they told me it was $126.95 for internet and phone. Not the package advertised. The Rep says that's for new customers only. Well screw that, I got rid of the phone and the bill is $89.95 just for internet. They are the biggest RIPOFFs in the city. I looked for other HighSpeed internet providers but in Fall River we are screwed.

Worst service to date. Wanted to make a payment and forced to pay more than bill b/c I was told ALL payments MUST go through the kiosk. I realize the extra money goes on my account, but how can a company force me to pay more than my bill. NOT FAIR AT ALL. Need to contact corporate about this issue.

This company is totally over rated,they cheet the customer, the service is not that great, they always over charge for services,& the city still blackball & block other companies Working here in the "F R communities. So the word is that"..they are truly afraid of Out competition.truth is their 😨 scared"...🆗

Its great for just using the kiosk. But if u need anything there is a line at times
