Customer service employee is good unfortunately she works for a craptastic company that doesn't care about their customers.

Wish i could give them 0 stars absolutely terrible internet service. I was paying for 60mbps and i'd run 4 separate independent tests which all come back between 30-40 but customer service will have you go to their site which will always put out fantastic fake numbers 60+. I had to call 5 days in one week which prompted me to upgrade to 100mbps which costs an extra 25$ a month, now i receive about 50-60 mbps based on independent speed tests everytime i go to customer service they want you to use their fake speed test which will BS you and get you off the phone. The end result is if you pay for 60mbps you'll get 40 if lucky and if you pay for 100mbps you'll get about 60mbps. Their service is nothing short of criminal if you have any other options please use them regardless of the cost it will save you a lot of time and headache.

The customer service at this office is awesome, But they are Not Open on Saturdays and Sundays . Not matter what their phone reps. tell you .

Internet is a good, 100mb @ $39.99 isn't a bad deal.

7/3/17 I was a little hesitant to go here from the reviews I read. When I arrived, there were about 10 people in line so I wasn't hopeful. The woman behind the counter, Sue, was helpful, friendly & pleasant to each person in line. She worked quickly, effectively & still made sure she asked if there was anything else they needed, asked if equipment was all functioning well. Fantastic customer service! Thanks!
