Comcast Service Center

Slowest service. The employees don't know much about the services that comcast is offering online. However the ladies where very nice. Takes forever to return equipment. I don't know if it's just because they are understaffed, but it is something comcast should address. People pay alot of money for cable and Internet and deserve good customer service. I would avoid if possible. I think this place might even have the RMV beat as far as bad service aside from the polite employees.

I received good service there the workers were helpful and courteous and did whatever they could to help.

Worse internet than I had 15 years ago. Unacceptable and not in line with their own contract!

Rudest woman I've ever seen doing customer service. She was extremely mean to an elderly gentlemen that had just lost his wife.

Comcast has a monopoly out here so I was totally expecting a rude reception from indifferent employees. Instead I received relatively prompt and friendly service and while my problem was not solved they were quick to try to help.
