Spectrum

Rates go up as service goes down. Local office is a joke—four hours; four days a week. My DVR has been funky as hell for weeks and tonight it died but I can't get a new DVR because office is closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and I'm working next Monday. It's been a stellar Charter day: my wifi went dead, then tech had me shut of router which turns out to shut off my phone too, then DVR dies. Think we're going to look into streaming services, seem cheaper and CAN'T be any worse!

These places always get horrible reviews from disgruntled customers. My experience was fine. I went in to trade in a malfunctioning model, and they replaced it really quickly without any hassle. That's not much of a review, but then, I would hope that most interactions with your ISP would be unremarkable.

Open for only 4 hours each day is not enough to properly do business. Having said that, after coming from Comcast going to Charter Spectrum, I find the server better. Swapping out a modem was as easy as pie and my price has remained the same throughout (including taxes), which means I know exactly how much I'm paying each month. The free modem was also a plus (given I only subscribe to the Internet).

The tech drilled holes in floor couldn’t even install cable correctly Untrained installers was like watching The three stooges You would have to take a day off from your job to return equipment because there business hours are a joke . Who works only four hours a day ? The employee must be busy watching Murray or Springer . Even with a return receipt they keep awesome records and will report you to the credit bureau anyway .so if you like to waste your time trying to fix your credit score good luck.
