I have dealt with the rep here a few times, he is always acted professionally and very helpful. It is not the easiest job and he needs to deal with charter haters, but he does a good job!

Employees are wonderful, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes before being helped because the staff is so efficient. This location is by far the best.

Always have issues with the app and the picture quality is awful . Game 7 is a terrible time for the cable to stop working

I'm giving then such a high rating ONLY because the gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helpful and definitely as customer service oriented person! Other than that, Spectrum is way over priced and that's why I canceled cable years ago!!

People who work in Webster ma office have the worst customer service ever., I have never seen people act so rude to customers . Including the manager . I have one Advice for them if you don’t like your job there’s plenty of people who can do this .
