Xfinity Store by Comcast

Wow!!! 14 yrs with Comcast, 1st time @ this location because it's open Sundays. I now will travel the extra few miles to do my business @ this location. Walter was an immense help and went so far above and beyond to best satisfy my needs, an excellent experience from a man that obviously loves what he does!

Not only did 9 different reps give 9 different responses to an order this location made absolutely zero effort to assist as I stood infront of them. Xfinity period has shown me today... People lets take our business elsewhere so or till these people learn how to not only run a cellphone business but train employee's properly so that when u speak to 9 different reps they don't allllll 9 give you different responses... And teach the customer service mannersss

Always busy, never organized and plan on spending a hr or more here. Most of the reps definitely need customer service training again! I can see why ppl are so piaaes off when they leave here. They should be paying you or taking huge discount off your bill for all the stress and inconveniencs they put you through.

The absolute worst experience I’ve had in Any retail outlet. The line of disgruntled people leaving was almost as long as the people yet to be disgruntled coming through the door. I was there for 40 minutes and saw exactly one customer be processed. I don’t need a telephone that bad.
