Awesome technicians! Whenever there's an issue they come asap. Haven't had much happen lately. Once I called about horrible delivery of my services and they came and determined a cable outside on my pole was bad. Replaced the whole thing! I didn't get charged and everything worked. Never knew Spectrum had to pay for "rental space" on each and every pole they use. It's something like $22 per pole! Also, when that message came up on my screen about losing channels, I almost flipped, but when I called they explained that the networks were asking spectrum to pay more money to have them broadcast in the channel line up! I don't feel angry about my bill anymore...i know why I pay what I pay. Techs who work hard to make things work, maintenance of the poles (bucket trucks) and all the money the company puts out just so I can have TV and interney...it's just cable. Great job Pittsfield Spectrum!

absolutely horrible. dealt with a girl named Julie e. from new York state who continually talked over me till I finally had to hang up. unbelievable. plus none of my questions were answered and I was given the wrong account info.

My experience has been great. Internet is fast and reliable, cable TV is great quality and reliable, their 6-receiver DVR has more storage than I'll ever use, and when I have a problem the service people are fast and professional. My Internet/TV service seems expensive (at ~$150/month) but my daughter in Connecticut was paying $250/month to Cox before she "cut the cable", so things could be a lot worse. I'm not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from -- Spectrum does fine for me.

Sevice is shotty, way to expensive for what you get. Stations have changed, you have to Pay for the friggin guide per box so $14. just so you can find where they put your shows. Many times you get please wait, or call for what you want...not at all pleased with this company. Had used Time Warner Cable for 30 yrs. Some problems always took care of it gave a discount when needed. Spectrum sucks! I feel sorry for the people who work for this company, they hear all but can do nothing. So just a very few short hours later...no service, oh yes service, Its crappy again , I get audio but no video...black screen that says... "Please wait" Not the first time, there's always something We have to pay for this ... The box is now rethinking! So am I! Thinking ! Checking out other companies...you might want to also. The women I spoke to this evening was very nice, sorry if I was to exact. Thanks It's morning many stations are out, I called comp said higher than average wait for help my we call you this afternoon at 3:30pm...it's 7:45am. Just saying!Next day wow they asked me if I was a new customer, been using TWC fo 30 yrs...they were wondering if I could give feedback for service? Wow . Have not received any information on what our problem was , but I can have another phone number, my 5th one only to be put on hold...and so on and so on... looking into something else. Big time!
