Spectrum came out to install my cable , and they arrived earlier than scheduled . They scheduled my apt between 2 - 4 They showed up at 1:45 pm . They did excellent work. Proffesional service. 😌

Spectrum in North Adams says one thing. Call Spectrum and they say North Adams doesn't know what is going on. Their "I understand" is meaningless because it is my time trying to figure it all out. Oh, by the way, the DVR box us now $20 per month for one to (12.99 for DVR and 6.99 for the box itself) Time to call our reps who allowed them to go all digital making us rent boxes!

Constantly raising prices. Went from $104 at start to $163 now for internet, tv and home phone. Commercials offer "no hidden fees" but all the fees are a surprise.
