0 stars would be better. WE PAY $70 PER MONTH JUST TO HAVE BAD INTERNET. the internet goes down every other day and there is someone working the wires about once a week.. We receive countless 'promotional' offers in the mail, but none of them are actually promotional. I can't wait to move away from Chicopee so that I never have to pay this horrible company one more dime of my hard earned money again.

The internet sucks.....best cable is comcast but i live in chicopee am stuck with this horrible intertnet...and they charge you for everything even to come out and fix the internet ....how is that my problem ...INTERNET IS HORRIBLE

You don't have proper people coming out to do the job you've been going at this since the beginning when we had installation pixels go out sound goes out Dave check the wires and everything else from the pole inside the house as soon as they put their damn machine on it it fixes it this is been like this now for about 8 months we get no respect from installers ortex only decent person that works there his name is Ian really good gentleman does his job well does his paperwork well but we're tired of it and getting treated like garbage this is no way to treat a family and not by doing a job correctly it's supposed to be a wall Fishing Job to replace the cable wire and no one has done it yet we keep on telling them everything has been done apparently when someone else comes out to try to fix it they don't tell them that it's been done already on there work order so when we try to tell the new tech that comes out we look like dummies we're tired of it Spectrum cable internet and phone suck big balls

Representative on the phone tells you one thing, and then you drive all the way to the local office and not only did they not have what I needed, they don't supply it, & I was told I need to go elsewhere and buy it myself! Wrong info given! A wasted trip! And yet your bill continues to increase each month! Always been my opinion that basic cable & phone service should be free anyway!
