Spectrum

The company is pretty terrible. (as to be expected with any ISP/Cable Provider) That bring said, the people working at the office have always been very friendly and helpful. On more than one occasion they have solved issues quickly that telephone support either couldn't solve at all, or only made worse! The entire company should learn something from the employees working at this office!

The only way to deal with this company is over the phone, and you still can't resolve anything. Spectrum is nothing like Time Warner Cable, company is going down hill, the costumer service is pathetic.

I went in today to switch my interent to my new apartment and the employee at the lee branch was extremely helpful, very pleasant to talk to and never once made me feel awkward or unwanted. I believe his name was john and he was definitely an A+ employee.

Incredibly slow internet speeds start this score at 1 star. However, my experiences with local Spectrum employees have been great, so I will add a star. Speeds should start at 50Mbps and range up to 150Mbps at the least. I will revise this score if Spectrum increases their speeds.

Same phone number for all areas in America. For my very simple question: Do you have service in West Stockbridge in MA? I spent 10 min with robot, than 15 min with agent, who do not understand English, he sent me to another adent... They do not have any idea.
