My cable service is constantly "stuttering" and in need of being reset. Just tonight it said it was recording a show but it's not. And the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If I had any other option I would not be with charter.

Just spoke with Shirley on the phone. First of all, my call was answered in less than 10 seconds.. and she had my problem fixed in less that 10 seconds. She was great! And I'm a happy customer. Definitely won't get customer service like that anywhere else.
