Terrible company to deal with. Website is completely non-functional. Customer service is non-existent. You have to spend 30 minutes trying to get a human being on the phone. A customer service person then hung up on me mid-conversation and transferred me back to the original person that had transferred me. Absolutely headache to deal with and wasted a good 45 minutes of my time when all was said and done- just to pay a bill.

I second the experiences described by previous reviewers. Never have I (tried to) navigate a more dysfunctional and confusing website, and customer service is plain terrible.

The website is completely incomprehensible and dysfunctional.  This company obviously has no interest in spending the money to change this and it is highly likely that this results in slower payments and cash flow..  Any company that (1) has a monopoly and (2) has no interest in making it relatively easy for a customer to pay its bills should be disbanded by the Connecticut Department of Utilities.
