Most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with, lied over and over about the wherabouts of our stove, Warehouse manage laughed at me while I was in distress then lied and a customer service rep called me a liar when I told them what he did, they refused to deliver my stove at a convenient time, then we ended up having to drive there to get it ourselves, they gave us the address to some other company, not even their address.  Our "Free" delivery cost us over $100 in fuel to go get it ourselves.  I am not through, I will get a hold of someone higher up.

I've been waiting 2 weeks for a bathroom vanity and it still has not been delivered.  The first time they didn't bother calling me. The next time the weather factor. The following day their delivery guy was off. The next time no good reason and just now they can't locate the vanity within their warehouse. What's their next excuse?

XPO Global Logistics is the worst freight carrier and global forwarding company ever. This is in our experience of working with FedEx, UPS, YRC, TNT, DHL and various other smaller carriers and ocean and air freight carriers. We will never work with XPO ever again and strongly recommend all customers to use other companies for your needs

first time they installed my fridge wrong.. bow I'm waiting for my replacement fridge, I was told between 8 and 12.. at 10:30they call me yo let me know my fridge is not coming in time(problems with the truck)so they reschedule me for Sunday without even asking..  they just don't care about the customers.. avoid them if you can!!
