Product seems to be great, but 4 months later, I have yet to receive half of the order. Each shipment has gone to the wrong city and after notifying LoveSac of their error four times, the shipments still have not arrived. I've exchanged 20+ emails to and from LoveSac (to one general email address and from multiple people), taken 4 days off work and driven 150 miles each time to wait for deliveries that never arrived. Absolutely unacceptable.

Purchased a kids sactional online during a sale, went through with credit card company and showed up on my billing statement. Waited 3 weeks and never heard from Lovesac on my delivery. When I called and spoke with customer service they said that I had cancelled the order which was a blatant lie. They told me the only thing that could be done was to reorder it and the price had went up $200 at the time. I was upset but went ahead and just reordered and purchased 4 sacs instead. I received all my sacs this time but this time I received one with the wrong sac cover. I contacted customer service and spoke to a young lady that sent me an email and told me to send pictures of the color of the cover. She verified that I was sent the wrong color based on the name of the cover I was sent and the one I ordered in the system. I have yet to hear back about the cover and switching it out but still receive advertisements from Lovesac about purchasing. It's a big headache and I won't be purchasing anything again from them for this reason.

It's a sham company, it's used by hackers to divert money from stolen credit cards.... It's a Shell COMPANY everyone Please beware.....

Worst customer service ever, they say they will ship within 7 days, however, my order became 6 weeks then when changed for something in stock became 2 weeks longer (I had already waited 5 days to get resolution.  No product shipped it was merely an exchange from one cover to another and that takes two weeks.  When calling in to customer service AND the corporate office I was told they cannot transfer phone calls from that line.  Makes no sense.  They did not give a rats ass if I was a satisfied customer or not!

Worst customer service. When you spend that much money on a product I expect to get it in a timely manner. Everything has taken forever. From receiving the cover and sac itself and now I'm having to do a warranty on it which has already taken over a month.  Will never do business with this company again.
