Customer service from this company is a total joke.  Terrible way to run a business.  Out of touch people and poorly built products.  This company will not honor a warranty.  Horrible experience. Don't buy JBL. There are to many fakes, when having an issue with one, you send it in via UPS, it gets sent to the wrong city... ( but they got it ), then in return you get B-Stock blemishes. JBL Charge 3 with blemishes, broken Mic's was what I got back. Contacting the BBB resulted in no reply. I kept in contact with email support showing a screenshot of the BBB closed case, then a person contacted me.. NOT From corporate office. He said the BBB had the wrong address, He said that UPS sent out the wrong speaker ( How does UPS have control of the stock in the warehouse?) he also said that I couldn't order one from the website. He also said I couldn't change the color because " no, I like Grey.. we will keep that color" I said what do you have to do with my color? If I send back the speaker do you personally keep it?? I then asked to speak to a corporate office. He keeps telling me in email that he has requested someone to contact me.. it has been 2 weeks.
Stay clear of JBL. it has been 2.5 months now. The speaker I sent in looked better then the one I received. The speaker I sent in had a cracked battery door so it was no longer water proof.. the screws were tightened to tight on the plastic causing them to crack.
Buy something else.

Ive brought a JBL Flip 4 and it never worked. The service is horrible. Terrible production standards. They should be broken already. You can't launch such a product to the market. It is an insult to consumers.

I've got to concur with Russell Cole, this company has failed me big time with their horrible customer service in the JBL division. This is one of those companies where it's all good until it isn't and then its really bad. Never again.
