We switched from Xerox over a year ago and they are disputing our cancellation agreement, but have refused to give us a resolution and continue to extend our contract. They keep handing us off to different people in the organization without any written resolution as to why. They also put the responsibility of billing on on a 3rd party company with what seems to be very little communication between them. Allegedly

Reaching customer service for billing inquiries is virtually impossible as they are always in a 'meeting.'  Did anyone ever hear of running departments like customer service through business meetings in shifts?  Who had the bright idea of turning off customer support for a 'meeting'?  I was a CFO in public corporate America for 25 years....never saw anyone pull that kine of bone head move and survive the week.

We in the U.S. would appreciate Xerox employing technical support CSR positions with personnel possessing a better command of the English language.   Accents, heavy dialects and the inability to wrap tongues around common words can be endearing in a social setting, but infuriating when trying to communicate about basic technical issues.  Good linguistic skills would reduce average call times.....I have called in 11 times in 3 years and spent an extra 7 minutes per call due to language communication issues.  Multiply that 77 lost minutes times your No Amer copier and other equipment market.  Eliminating those  wasted dollars and watching them drop to the bottom line would probably fuel your promotion and fund your pension.

Xerox is a very reputable company and thus earned business. They are extremely efficient and have amazing communication! Highly recommend using them!!
