Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Orlando, FL

We have enjoyed our stay. Rooms and service are good. Their rate is economical. We have really enjoyed their morning breakfast. There park shuttle service is also good. We have used them well. I'll definitely come back and stay at country inn. Good work guys!

The reason I didn't give this a five-star star was that there was a minor problem. My stay was fantastic, I loved my room, it was near theme parks and everything was peaceful and nice. However, parking was definitely a problem. I went to an event that was very late at night when I arrived at 2 am, there was no parking spots. Cars parked in spaces away from the traffic or parked in the grass space between parking spots. Unfortunately I had to actually go across the street to park my vehicle in another hotel (with permissionll which to me is embarrassing because I did not pay to stay at that hotel I paid to stay at this hotel. This is definitely a problem that needs to be corrected and I hope it does get fixed in the future because I look forward to coming back there again.

The stuff are friendly and helpful at reception. It really needs doing up, the rooms needs updating. The cleaners don't wash the bath tub or sink just wipe round and do the floor. In the two weeks our room got hoovered 3-4 times maybe. We had 9 month old baby who would pick things up, even the lobby entrance carpet was dirty. Bed sheets they will use same one for 2-4 days maybe and not change it unless it was dirty. I know this because the cleaners cleaned whilst we was in the room about 2-3 times and I saw what they were doing. The breakfast would always be the same everyday does get boring after a bit.

Decent experience, checked in a couple of minutes, helpful staff. Decent room and facilities. There's even a microwave oven in the room. Shuttle for Universal available from the hotel. As with all things American they have too much sugar in the breakfast, otherwise all good.

What a nice front desk and reservation staff they have. Price matched from 3rd party bookings. Clean, friendly and willing to help in any way. We booked another hotel 1st and it wasn't up to standards then we came here. Great location! Rooms are clean, housekeeping staff is excellent!!! Go team!
