The room was very nice and reasonably clean. I wasn't impressed by the caked-on build up of soap on the shower ledge, however. The staff were almost all very nice and quite helpful, and there was a significant security presence. The coffee bar, restaurant, bar, and convenience store/snack bar really covered everything you could possibly need, and the three pools were quite pleasant (if always full of kids). I didn't check out the little arcade or kids' area. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to go back.

I can say that I have never had a bad experience here besides the noisy teenagers in the pool. Other that it's a really good hotel for the money and love the fact that every year they offer a bus to megacon and shuttle to the theme parks too. The reception desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Never had a problem. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a close hotel near the orange country convention center.

I loved this hotel. Honestly the best hotel experience for the price that I have ever had. The linens were clean and the room smelled fresh. Parking was a little packed but it was free unlike many in the area. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to universal or Disney as the location is awesome too. Lots of places to eat or pick up something that you forgot from the CVS nearby.

Location was great. Within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. The bar was reasonably priced, 4$ well drinks at happy hour. And the room was very clean. If you are in a room on the side of the highway you will hear some road noise

Just returned today from The Rosen Inn Pointe Orlando. What a fantastic Hotel. All staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept spotless as were the 3 pools, children's play area, bar, restaurant etc. Can't wait to go back as so close to shops bars and the parks. I would highly recommend this hotel for all ages.
