Red Roof Inn Orlando South - Florida Mall

Great experience! Great customer service and housekeeping! Very clean and convenient to Florida mall and stores. Housekeeper Shawntae went out her way to make my stay very comfortable.

I will stay again. I needed a room for the night so I can catch an early flight in the morning. Booking a room here without knowing the hotel was a risk but in a pinch it worked for me. The price and the location to the airport was on point. Getting to the hotel it is settled in the middle of everything that you need in a hands reach. In the past week I stayed in different hotels and didn't have a good experience. One hotel I needed to buy bug spray. Now at the end of my stay in Florida I missed my flight out and needed a room for the day/night. I went online and looked up anything close to the airport and the Red Roof Inn stuck out from the rest. I feel bad that I don't remember the name of the guy at the front desk, he is awesome. A big smile and a welcome made my registration easy. Walking into my room and my stress just melted away. I was able to get to the store, bank, and Dunk n Donuts in less than two hours to get back to The Red Roof Inn and rest. My last day was a blessing and I had the best sleep in The Red Roof Inn, my stress was gone. I wish I found this hotel at the start of my stay in Florida, it would have made my visit in Orlando all the better. Next time Red Roof Inn.

When i first Checked in, I thought it wasn't too bad. But now it's 11 pm. There is a group of people outside my door partying and smoking. I can literally smell the smoke from outside and hear the conversations like they are in my room. Asked the people to keep it down and they moved down a room or 2 and can still hear them. I can hear a train and traffic very clearly too. I can see light around the door. If you like to sleep when you travel, you should probably stay elsewhere

Nice clean rooms, exactly as advertised. Plus very affordable. We love the hard wood floors!
