Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tampa East, FL

Upon arrival we was so tired, it was such a blessing to walk in with 2 smiley faces( Mrs. Shayla & Mrs. Michelle) these girls went above and beyond to make sure I was treated like a queen.. they meet my expectation on the room, the questions I had and I felt right at home. They are so nice, helpful, they made sure everything was what I expected. They deserve a 5 star rating... Thanks Girls, I love this place, it's so clean, comfortable beds, nice view, located next to good restaurants, shopping convent, beautiful landscape. Hot breakfast. Looking for a great place to stay this is the one. You want be disappointed.

Lobby was very nice. Rooms were adequate. The front desk was very nice but there was some confusion checking in. One of our reservations was cancelled accidentally but they made it right. It took three times asking and us finally bringing the feather pillows to the front desk ourselves, to get them to finally give us two foam pillows, for a guest who is super allergic. This was unimpressive but they were very nice about the whole thing. The location was convenient for our needs, but the driveway is difficult to find, and confusing especially the first time. It is actually easier to find the hotel at night. Free breakfast and WiFi. All in all a positive experience.

We have stayed here on several occasions in the past...thus the photos of the cute animals made from towels and wash cloths... I was disappointed this stay...2/28/2018. Also on previous stays the fresh baked cookies were always ready to enjoy...this stay...no cookies...also the carpet in our room today is very dirty and dated.....staff were a bit unfriendly... perhaps she was tired? I have always given a 5 star rating in past because they deserved it, however their quality seems to have gone down within the last year...used to have great personable staff... this stay not so much... convenient location... hopefully a bit of renovations will take place in near future? If so... would probably stay here again. Perhaps it was just an "off" day?

It's a really nice place to stay at if you are visiting downtown tampa. It is close by Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Fairgrounds. The staff of the hotel is really nice and polite. They will help you at thier best. Also the place itself is well maintained and the food was awesome.

I want to give Mr. Josh a five star for going above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant comfortable and convenient. He always have A smile on his face at all times he’s always asking is everything OK is there anything we can do for you . He have Everything that you need. And I wanna thank him for that this place is so clean, comfy beds, nearby shopping, nearby good restaurants, convenient distance from casino it’s just right down the street, or if you just wanna go to the movies, or maybe relax by the clean beautiful pool here in the country we will stay here again and always thanks Josh for. And Mr. Drew which is the manager at the country inn and suites on Saturday he make sure the space is really rewrite everything is up to par everything looks beautiful he getting a bar above and beyond his job title for manager to make sure all the guest are happy and pleased with it the room accommodates and he always make sure when we walk in is there anything else I can do for the customer to make her or his stay as amazing as can be and I couldn’t ever ask for any one else to run this hotel thank you for making my stay unforgettable
