Conveniently located to the highway. The outdoor pool is heated and the fitness center was sufficient for my needs. There is also a mini fridge in the room which was helpful. Kids 12 and under eat free at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet with tax was about $16 and in my opinion not worth it. We ate there one morning then sought other options for breakfast the remaining days of our stay. The parking situation is a little bit dicey as you can find a spot right outside of the hotel or in the adjacent garage for a short walk to the hotel. If the price is right, I'd stay here again, but I would compare to other options first. The water was weird as it never really got hot and the warmer water was utilized under the cold setting.

It seems like this holiday inn used to be a top hotel in the area but time has not been kind to it. My room was pretty run down (broken toilet seat, surface cracks on the tub). The main lobby, bar/restaurant and outside seating are pretty nice. I just wish a continental breakfast was included. Has this been done away with at most hotels now? Attached a picture from my room. Decent view from the eight floor.

Really clean all around, enjoyable pool and hot tub area. The best part-for me-is being able to get a good nights sleep and be refreshed for the next days activities. I definitely got that every night.

This place needs a deep cleaning for the price. We stayed here for 6 days and dust, stains and dirt were everywhere. We had to have our room cleaned again when we checked in. Then later in the week we came back to our room after a long day and our round wasn't cleaned. We had to wait around for housekeeping to come and do what should have been done while we were away. We will not be staying here in the future. I would have given less than one star if I could.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. When you stay at a hotel you look for relaxation. I feel like I need a vacation from just dealing with this hotel.
A week ago we booked a room over the phone directly with the hotel. We mentioned we had a dog and an infant. They told us it would be a 30$ change for the dog, which we said was fine.
The day of our reservation we called and let them know we would be there in an hour.
When we got there we were exhausted from traveling, it was already 8pm and we had an 8am flight to catch. The front desk couldn't seem to get it together. As we were walking to the elevators a woman who worked there walked up (with her shirt showing her stomach) she told us we didn't mentioned we had an animal and she would have to change our room. Then she tells us that there are no animal rooms available and she needs us to find our reservation number. But don't they have our reservation? because she just checked us in...
The woman was unprofessional and could barely speak- At one point she said she was just "Axing us" ...
Finally we get a room, the same room we had before - hair in the sink and tub, the toilet was clogged, the tv and alarm clock didn't work, and the microwave was in a cabinet not plugged in - I had to take it out and move it across the room to plug it in.
At this point its 930pm and I'm so over it.
How can you charge 250 for a night (which doesn't include continental breakfast - you have to pay separately) - you don't have great rooms (good beds tho) and horrible customer service.?!
We are rewards members and we won't be staying at this specific hotel again.
