Staff is friendly, very helpful. Late check-out no fee for us. Warm water in the  indoor pool, if you staying with kids they going to be happy. Our view.. very busy carwash, vacuuming. Nonstop noice. If window slightly open, can't even watch TV. Loud as hell.  If you want to enjoy some quiet time, you won't get it. Mattress is horrible.

I cannot recommend this hotel. I reserved a double queen suite for 2 adults and 2 children (boy, 16, girl 12) weeks ago because we need two good sized beds, minimum. After a long day on the road and at the sporting event we were in town for, we arrived at the hotel around 9pm only to be told they had "rearranged some rooms" and we now had a king suite. ONE bed, and the little pull out. This was a busy basketball weekend in Wichita and I could not just go down the street to find a more accommodating room. This is completely unacceptable customer service, and I will  not stay in another Country Inn & Suites. The breakfast room was very small and they were not able to keep it stocked well, the elevator is the size of a small closet, and the bathroom sink drain in our room was broken. These are things I'd have happily overlooked if our room had been what I had reserved, but they are noteworthy in light of the glaring lack of customer service in changing our room to one that did NOT accommodate our family well.

I love this hotel! Staff is always friendly and willing to help and do whatever they can to make your stay the best ever! They will make sure that you have anything that makes your stay I'm Wichita, KS, the best ever! I will stay here everytime I am on the side of Wichita! The GM is the best and kindness person ever! It's a home away from home!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly the food was great and the scenery around the hotel was picture perfect. Not to far from the airport or Cornado Beach. Definitely must stay
