Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Dorado KS

Starting wen I gone in staff at front desk was vary nice. They keep the lobby nice and clean. Went to are room after we checked in. The room was nice and clean. Then the next I got up and went to breakfast. The breakfast could use some improvement. Like keeping fresh food out. Try not to over cook things ether the bacon was dry you where able to make it in to a fine dust. Wen you put out the cinnamon rolls 2 minutes is not long enough to warm them up on your warmer I would say 5 minutes max. Wen cinnamon rolls run out keep them stocked out there so there ready same goes with everything else.

Place was everything you look for in a road stop hotel. Was squeaky clean and not one bad thing to say. Pool area was chill and relaxed. Just what you need after playing road warrior on the turnpike. Breakfast was good but they all ways run out of bacon, just wait they'll fill it back, this place was boom goes the dynamite!

We checked in with our service animals,next day Tammy the manager called room after 3 pm to ask what was our service dogs purposes.she charged us 250 dollars because they do not support emotional support animals.we offerd our cards and papers at check in .how does some motel do that? We didn't hide it and was accepted at check in !!!. They treated us as if we were criminals.threatened to throw us out when we questioned them.only thing good at this hotel was the staff that wasn't managementl .the under paid staff was exceptional at their job,brought up towels when their were only 1 in the room with cards asking to save the environment and share a towel.also the geese are sweet to watch but there is poop ever Where and they chase you when you walk to your vehicle.I do not recommend to stay here unless your wealth ,white ,not people of color .

seems like nice place but lil pricy for my taste if im gonna be outta town workin i dont wanna feel like givin all my money to a motel for sake of bein a "holiday inn" lol

Broke down on the toll road got a room expecting to stay 1 night looking like tonight is the 3rd. The ice and temps made outside repairs impossible. Found a place to handle the job. BIG KUDO'S to Matt& Seth for taking care of my rig at M&V repairs
