Fairfield Inn & Suites was clean and we'll maintained. Location-wise it is very convenient. If you are a light sleeper, the noise on the freeway will definitely keep you up at night. The breakfast is typical of a Fairfield with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, pork or turkey breakfast sausage, juice, cereal, small waffles, and fruit and yogurt. Conveniently close to decent restaurants and a movie theater, you have many options for dinner only a few minutes away. The trees on the boulevard block the street view of the building. Get a room facing the pond for a quieter night.

Typical business hotel. Free hot breakfast, which includes two items that rotate, yogurt, banna, fruit, cereal, milk, toast, waffles, etc. Pretty standard fair nothing special. Hotel has water and coffee for guest to enjoy. They put out cookies at night. Wifi work just fine. There's a gym, parking is free. Room were clean, came with a fridge and shower was hot with good pressure. Would stay again for business.

Stayed here for two nights. The hotel is nothing fancy, but it is a very clean place to stay at. The staff was friendly as well. The fitness center is only one room, which was not a problem for me since nobody used it.
I read a lot of reviews warning about the hotel being next to the highway. Coming from a very urban city like Miami where traffic is heavy, I had no problem sleeping at all in this place.

I stayed in this hotel for an interview I had in Kansas City. It's relativity close to the city and it's very close to i-35, which is both a good thing and a bad thing. Being from out of state finding the hotel was very easy, but there was considerable road noise if you stayed on the highway facing side. It wasn't anything overwhelming, but if you aren't used to white nose when you sleep it could be a problem.
Breakfast was, in my opinion, pretty bad. The fruit and baked goods were what I'd expect for this type of hotel, but the eggs were very bad. There are enough breakfast options (cereal, ham/sausage, muffins, bagels, yogurt, fruit, waffles) to make up for it, but I wouldn't recommend trying the eggs.
The hotel walls were very thin to the point where I could hear word for word the person in the room next to me. There was also a very loud child two rooms over who I could hear as well. We asked the front desk if there was another room we could move to (as we had to get up very early, and thus go to bed early) and without hesitating he moved us! This was a great example of how great their customer service is.
Even though the breakfast is meh and the walls are thin, the staff who work there are fantastic and very friendly! Whenever we had a problem or a request, they would do everything possible to help! This included moving us to a quieter room when we asked without hesitation, changing our room type at check in (my plans changed and I needed a different type of room), to letting us use the bathroom after checkout!
Overall, the staff are wonderful and deserve a good review, but whoever built the building and made the walls so thin reduce the quality of this establishment. This hotel really is "you get what you pay for"!
